Queues, jubilation, as liquor stores open for the first time in months

People braved the chilly weather to queue to buy alcohol on Monday. The sale of alcohol was banned during level 4 and Monday was the first day that people were allowed to buy alcohol for home consumption during level 3 of the national Covid-19 lockdown.
