At least two clinics, a residential project of 2 400 units, a state-owned lodge and two nursing colleges, all worth about R1 billion, are among many abandoned or incomplete infrastructure projects in North West.

Some of them look complete and ready for occupation, but they are actually not. Others look abandoned.
