An investigative report by the Mpumalanga department of education into Lowveld High School in Mbombela, which City Press has seen, also reveals that the school’s governing body was completely sidelined from the school’s financial affairs because the previous governing body wrongfully delegated financial powers to the principal, Willem Steyn.
