North West premier Job Mokgoro’s wish for Section 100 administrators to exit the province comes true in less than two months, but now it is his own party that is seeking to curtail his powers and get his authority regulated.

Party insiders said this could be the beginning of the end of Mokgoro as premier and the intensification to remove him by some members of the interim provincial committee (IPC) of the ANC in the province which is linked to one faction.
