The ANC is finally pursuing charges against former Gauteng health MEC Bandile Masuku for his role in the province’s personal protective equipment (PPE) procurement scandal.

According to the charge sheet seen by City Press, Masuku was notified of his disciplinary hearing set for December 17-19 at Walter Sisulu House in Johannesburg.
