A statement by the ANC Women’s League on Friday and comments by ANC MPs have given the first indications that the process of removing Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane will involve a tumultuous battle in the legislature.

United Democratic Movement leader Bantu Holomisa told City Press on Saturday that his party would not support moves to impeach and remove Mkhwebane.
