On Wednesday, two former City Power officials and three people linked to construction company Setheo Engineering will appear in court on charges of fraud and corruption related to a 2015 contract to build a substation in Eldorado Park. It will be the second time the allegations have been brought before court, as the initial case was struck off the roll in 2017.
