This is according to former premier Job Mokgoro, who on Wednesday spoke openly about the internal disputes, systematic corruption and mismanagement in the province, which cost him his job.

For six years, Clover endured power outages, water supply disruptions and impassable roads in the town, and suffered heavy losses as a result.
