Ramaphosa’s answers to the 31 questions were due to be attached to the court record dealing with the legality of Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s suspension.
But, his lawyers said over the weekend that Acting Public Protector Kholeka Gcaleka’s concerns were making it difficult for them to deliver on their commitment to making the record available to the court.
