Being the smooth operator that he is, newly appointed Al Ahly assistant coach Cavin Johnson could prove to be the perfect fit for the sometimes volatile and brash Pitso Mosimane.

The north Africans are known for their pugnacious nature, and Mosimane will need to find a delicate balance to avoid personality clashes. And this is where a calmer Johnson comes in.
