Ferdinand Bitterbosch, chairperson of the NCC’s audit and risk committee, was recently charged with these offences by trade union Nehawu, which laid a case at the De Aar Police Station, alleging that he had claimed to be its official while representing 11 petrol attendants in their dispute against their service station employers.
