PSL aims for August 30 finish, creates loan scheme for clubs

Premier Soccer League chairperson Irvin Khoza revealed that the football body will develop a loan scheme to provide financial assistance to clubs in distress as they aim to complete the 2019/20 season.

The PSL is pushing for football to return after games were suspended due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

The Absa Premiership clubs receive R2.5 million a month while GladAfrica Championship teams bag R500 000 a month.
