Former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana defender Rooi Mahamutsa is one of the TS Sporting players who are owed salaries by the relegated Mpumalanga club.

Last week, City Press reported that four Sporting players were among nearly 50 in the PSL who were struggling to put food on the table and keep their families warm this winter, as they had not been paid their salaries for the past two months.
