There’s no doubt that the government enforced lockdown has put massive strain on our economy.

But what’s more difficult to quantify is the mental strain it’s put on families – especially mums and dads.

I spoke to clinical psychologist Jenny Perkel, who is on the PURITY Journey Journal App™ panel of experts, on how parents have responded to lockdown. Perkel has over 20 years experience in her field and is the founder of Babies in Mind and Children in Mind.
