The “unity slate” conceived by former Mpumalanga premier David Mabuza at the ANC’s elective conference in December 2017 locked two bulls into one kraal. Those bulls are now fighting it out.

The question is whether the ANC kraal will survive their charging hooves and sharpened horns.
