The rapid spread of Covid-19 poses a threat on the country’s economy; people from lower income households have been affected by this the most as food prices across the country have significantly risen. Regardless of a person’s level of income, one can still maintain a healthy and balanced diet within their budget.

There is a misconception that a healthy balance diet is expensive, that is why we have dieticians all over the country, both in the private and public sectors. Our sole purpose is to create menu plans and meal ideas based on your existing medical conditions, lifestyle but most importantly your affordability.

Eating healthy is one of the key elements in reducing one’s chances of contracting diseases. The smallest changes to your diet can go a long way: buying less treats and investing in a diet plan made up of different nutritional foods is essential.
