Conspiracy theories have made their way back into our football as some people argue that there’s no fair play in our game, especially towards the end of the season. These ideas put the beautiful game in a bad – and unwelcome – light.

One thing has been bothering me for some time: Why are PSL disciplinary cases only heard towards the end of the season? This isn’t the first time the league finds itself in this situation.
