BUSINESS

The Government and Public Policy (GAPP) think-tank has reviewed the economic plans currently in circulation in South Africa, with a view to making explicit what they say about who should implement them. Failing this, there is a possibility that none of them will ever be more than words.

The ANC’s plans, and those of business, Treasury and some civil society groups have much in common in terms of what needs to be done.
