A Durban-based company claims the state-owned enterprise has not honoured the contract signed in 2013, which has cost it millions.

State-owned freight rail utility Transnet has been dragged to court for breaching a manufacturing contract worth more than R300 million with Africa’s leading commercial shipbuilding and repair company.
