You can feel a growing sense of relief as we start settling into this year. There’s a whiff of cautious optimism in the air that the pandemic will hopefully switch to an endemic this year.

That would be the best outcome for everyone, especially for the industries that are still affected by the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. But, ironically, these very same industries that need all the support they can get are on the receiving end of rude, obnoxious and abusive customers.
