The judgment of the Western Cape High Court, dismissing an application by Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane, reaffirms the position in our law and the values and principles set out in our Constitution.

Above all, the judgment has confirmed what is now a litany of judgments whose conclusion is simply that the Public Protector is not fit for office.
