This may hold true for those who for years have lived a life of entitlement. When a culture of entitlement is entrenched, those who live in that space may find it difficult to appreciate when the ground moves below their feet. The fight to avoid accountability may just be the start of the proverbial madness before the Godly destruction of those who betrayed public trust and enriched themselves and their friends through the public trough.
