After more than a year, speed cameras in Johannesburg and Tshwane are still out of operation as fines cannot be processed due to the lack of an adequate service provider.

With over 12 000 national annual road fatalities, the Automobile Association of SA’s Layton Beard believes the authorities need to take every measure possible to save lives.
