Administrative mishaps have once again brought to a halt crucial testimonies of witnesses who were scheduled to make submissions before the commission of inquiry into allegations of state capture.
Testimony which was supposed to be head by the commission from former correctional services commissioner Linda Mti and Pretoria Chief Magistrate Desmond Nair was on Tuesday postponed following delays in serving rule 3.3 notices to the pair.
