Section 100 administrators in North West, who have been accused of looting in cahoots with some ministers, are enjoying the services of bodyguards and around-the-clock police protection at their hotel in Mahikeng, and are being chauffeured around at taxpayers’ expense.

This is according to the contents of a 20-page strongly worded letter containing 43 questions from North West provincial legislature members.
