Futshane, who – like her husband – is a fierce critic of Batohi, was served with a notice of suspension on Tuesday. She is barred from entering any NPA offices and may not communicate with her colleagues as the prosecuting authority plans to institute a disciplinary processes against her. She was also ordered to hand over her NPA-issued laptop.
