Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Minister Lindiwe Sisulu is embroiled in fresh controversy following her latest intervention at the Housing Development Agency (HDA).
The minister this week announced that she was placing the troubled agency under administration, weeks after firing CEO Mikki Xayiya and chief financial officer Brian Masehla, and imposing Nkululeko Poya as its accounting officer.
