Brand SA is on the brink of collapse, according to Petrus de Kock, a general manager at the state-owned enterprise entrusted with promoting South Africa’s image abroad.

De Kock, who resigned this week, alleged Brand SA has been operating without an executive committee and several vacant executive positions.
