Were offices of senior executives bugged at the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (Nsfas) headquarters in Cape Town bugged or not?

This is the question that members of the portfolio committee on higher education, science and technology will probe during an inquiry into Nsfas which was officially declared on Friday last week.
