A decision made by Central Energy Fund (CEF) group CEO Dr Ishmael Poolo to root out malfeasance, corruption and poorly performing employees has allegedly led to a culture of staff peddling misinformation about him.

This is according to CEF spokesperson Jacky Mashapu, who added that, as a result, the board had decided to institute an investigation to establish “the manifestation” of allegations relating to the appointment of Poolo.
