Mogale Nchabeleng, the chief of staff in Limpopo Premier Stanley Mathabatha’s office, was allegedly promised a position as the head of a provincial department for acceding to a request to forfeit his election into the ANC’s provincial executive committee (PEC).

Nchabeleng was number 14 on the list of additional members following the provincial elective conference in June.
