The Pretoria High Court has ordered that a company that “unduly benefited” from funds channelled from an electrical company, Edison Power Gauteng, with links to Durban businessman Vivian Reddy, be provisionally wound-up.

The order, which was granted last Wednesday, followed an urgent application brought by the company as the battle to recoup funds allegedly looted by its erstwhile executives heats up.
