Mpumalanga Social Development MEC and ANC provincial task team coordinator Lindiwe Ntshalintshali’s past as a mayor is haunting her after forensic auditors recommended that criminal charges be laid against her for unlawfully increasing managers’ salaries, causing a loss of about R1.5 million.
