This is according to Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan and Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola who, together with President Cyril Ramaphosa, have been dragged before the Labour Court by Tlhakudi, and are accused of colluding to oust him in a bid to foil exposure of wrongdoing regarding the sale of SAA and disposal of other state assets for the benefit of a selected few.
