Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu has welcomed the high court judgment to reopen early childhood development centres.

On Monday, the Pretoria High Court ruled in favour of trade union Solidarity’s Occupational Guild for Social Workers and the School Support Centre against Zulu’s department.
