This week, the relevance of witnesses and certain evidence came into sharp focus during the parliamentary inquiry into suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s fitness to hold office.

Even before her legal counsel, Advocate Dali Mpofu, raised the matter on Thursday and Friday, some members of the committee had raised it earlier in the week.
