Informed sources say the 59-year-old Motsepe, who, according to Forbes magazine, is the third-richest man in South Africa with a fortune of R42.3 billion, has bought the farm Hidden Valley on the slopes of the Helderberg – about halfway between Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
