In what is set to be a battle of corporate titans, prominent businessperson Andile Ngcaba and Dimension Data co-founder Jeremy Ord will go head-to-head in the Johannesburg High Court over the former’s claims that white directors were paid better than he was.

The battle of the two chairpersons of Dimension Data Middle East and Africa – Ngcaba is past and Ord is current – will most likely set a precedent in matters relating to salary disparities in the country. The matter is scheduled to commence on Tuesday.
