The SABC wants to compel former Metro FM presenter and actress Pearl Modiadie to reveal any evidence in her possession relating to her R3.5 million sexual harassment lawsuit against the public broadcaster, which is unfolding at the Johannesburg High Court.
An application by the SABC filed at the same court last month, which City Press has seen, seeks to force the 34-year-old to render her discovery affidavit to enable the public broadcaster to prepare its defence.
