South Africa is in a transition from relief to recovery. This was the statement from President Cyril Ramaphosa in his newsletter to the nation on Monday morning.
Ramaphosa said that the emergency measures the government put in place have laid a firm foundation on which to rebuild the economy. The country’s focus now shifts to the implementation of the Economic Reconstruction and Recovery Plan, and the priority will be to stimulate growth and create jobs.
