Arqomanzi (Pty) Ltd, which has been fighting with Australian company Vantage Goldfields to take over the mines, approached the Mbombela High Court to get this order and another one restraining business rescue practitioners Rob Devereux and Daniel Terblanche from making misrepresentations to any person that the mining rights can be transferred to another entity during the business rescue process.
