With just eight points out of a possible 21 on offer so far, questions are already being posed about Arthur Zwane’s future as Kaizer Chiefs' coach.

Amakhosi have just two victories from their seven matches, drew on two, lost the other three and are lying 14th on the table. 

With pressure mounting with every match, how far can Zwane go? Your guess is as good as mine.

Only results, positive ones at that, could prolong his stay.  

While still on the issue of the DStv Premiership, can Orlando Pirates be considered serious league challengers? The Buccaneers seem to be on the right track under their Spanish mentor, José Riveiro.

After being deprived of English Premier League action over the past weekend, Tim Spirit joined his fellow Fat Cats family and put up a sterling performance in their 5-1 victory over Sun International in their Dixi Sports league fixture.

Fortunately, the league is partially back this week!! 

Saturday is a big day for the South African Football Association as they will appoint new vice-presidents.
