Some ANC members of the provincial legislature (MPLs) recently stood up against one of their own – Provincial Legislature Speaker Susan Dantjie – for appointing a comrade in an acting capacity.

The MPLs disapproved the appointment of former Mahikeng Local Municipality mayor Lenah Miga as chair of chairs in the legislature.
