At a parliamentary meeting of the portfolio committee on cooperative governance and traditional affairs (Cogta) on Tuesday, MEC for finance in the province, Motlalepula Rosho, told the committee that the provincial government had received a report last week that the municipality was able to put together a properly constituted council with a mayor, speaker, whip of council and exco committees.
