Former Rustenburg Local Municipality manager Victor Makona’s decision to take the council to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has forced the council to press the panic button.

After receiving the court documents, the municipality was forced to table the matter for discussion on an urgent basis on Thursday.
