On Friday, Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane applied to the Constitutional Court for the “rescission, varying or reconsideration” of part of the order dismissing her appeal in the recent #CR17 judgment on private funding for President Cyril Ramaphosa’s ANC presidential campaign in 2017.
