This is according to Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s latest court application to interdict Parliament from going ahead with the impeachment process against her, pending the conclusion of a rescission application before the Constitutional Court – which would also stop Ramaphosa from suspending her on the grounds of the inquiry.
