Newly appointed North West Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs MEC Mmoloki Cwaile vows that he has broken ranks with factional groupings of the ANC in the province, and has chosen a path guided by the party’s founding principles.

Cwaile replaced the late Gordon Kegakilwe last month, so he is now in charge of the programme to clean up the image of the province’s municipalities ahead of the local government elections next year.
