Retired SA Army intelligence chief General Mojo Motau says the authors of an ANC turnaround strategy document, which he drafted with other unknown people, are ready to defend its contents because “central to our motive is saving this country”.

Motau, who is also an Umkhonto weSizwe veteran, told City Press on Saturday that the objective of the document was “to make the ANC live [up] to the expectations of the African people as we had promised them since the formation of the party in 1912”.
