Sam Dyers and Absalom Sithole instituted legal action, spearheaded by Dyers, against the ACDP and its president, Kenneth Meshoe, in the Johannesburg High Court on September 28, seeking to nullify the finding of a disciplinary committee which had led to their expulsion last month.
